Instead, consider purchasing food grade kosher salt. Salt is a basic necessity, and food grade kosher salt is good for you.
Because it is natural, it is a great way to get rid of salt guilt and is much healthier than table salt. It also costs far less and there is no need to purchase it in bulk, which can be expensive, as well. Make sure to read the labels when buying this type of salt, though, as some salts, such as brand E, may be labeled as non-iodized and therefore not suitable for those who are sensitive to iodine.
