The brewery is currently awaiting a commercial brewing license. Michael Ieronimo hopes to open the brewery by November. While the brewery did not serve beer at the festival, it is still brewing.
The brewery features 13 taps. They offer a variety of beer, cider, and cocktails. If you’re looking for a unique drink, try the Drunken Ladder martini, or a hot cider with a fireball shot. You can also pick up your beer and enjoy it later. The brewery is open Wednesday through Friday, from 4:00 pm to 10:00pm.
