After graduating from the University of North Carolina, Inez moved to New York City and worked at Best Cellars, a small store that sold wines for less than $10. After working there for a year, she was hired as the assistant cellar master at Windows on the World restaurant, and she was eventually promoted to beverage director.
Margerum’s a multi-talented businessman, and he’s an entrepreneur with an eye for opportunistic opportunities in the wine industry. Doug has his hands in several wineries and is enthusiastic about Valle de Inez Winery. Previously, Margerum owned the Wine Cask Restaurant in Santa Barbara, one of the first wine bars in the United States.
