The brewery has two beer brands, Kusterer Bier and CSBrew House Brews. We asked our waitress about the names and found that both are in honor of the first German brewer in West Michigan. Christoph Kusterer was a pioneer brewer, operating until his death in 1945. This inspired the Cedar Springs Brewing Company to name their traditional German beers after him.
