Monmouth is a town in Wales, situated at the junction of the rivers Monnow and Wye, 2 miles from the border between Wales and England. It is 30 miles northeast of Cardiff and 113 miles west of London. It is part of the Monmouthshire local authority and parliamentary constituency.
Art Alliance of Monmouth County
Located in Monmouth County, New Jersey, the Art Alliance of Monmouth County offers a variety of art-related events. From exhibitions to classes, the organization is an invaluable resource for local artists. This membership-based organization provides studio and exhibition space for local artists. It also encourages art enthusiasts to become members.
The Art Alliance of Monmouth County was founded in 1978 by Jean Townsend and has over 300 member artists representing a variety of artistic disciplines. Initially located in the Count Basie Theater in Red Bank, the organization held classes and workshops and mounted member exhibitions. In 1992, it moved to 33 Monmouth Street in Monmouth.
The organization is a nonprofit arts organization that promotes visual arts in the community. Membership is open to visual artists of all levels and art enthusiasts. Members enjoy reduced entry fees to the organization’s exhibitions and classes, as well as networking opportunities. Members also receive bi-monthly newsletters and access to the organization’s Facebook page.
The Art Alliance of Monmouth County also offers free art classes. Art Alliance members can post up to four images of their work on its website. The organization’s website gallery is maintained by Amelia Johnson.
Six Flags
If you’re looking for a day out with the whole family, there are plenty of Six Flags Places To Visit in Monmouth County. With over 500 acres of fun and adventure, the park is the second largest in the world! While you’re there, don’t miss Six Flags Great Adventure and the Hurricane Harbor water park.

On April 1, 1998, Premier Parks purchased Six Flags from Time Warner and Boston Ventures. The park’s management started to add more rides to their park, including about a dozen flat rides. They also declared a “war on lines” and discontinued some of the older roller coasters. In addition to those rides, the park added a junior roller coaster called Blackbeard’s Lost Treasure Train and a swinging ship from Intamin, Parachuter’s Perch, and Congo Rapids.
The park also has a college program for students. At this university, students will receive hands-on learning experiences, professional development opportunities, and scholarship-based learning experiences. The program began as one-time, summer-long psychology course in 2011, but has grown into a year-round program. It is coordinated by Dr. Lindsay Mehrkam, an assistant professor of psychology and doctor-level Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
Neptune City
Neptune City, New Jersey, is a borough located in Monmouth County. According to the 2010 census, the city’s population was 4,869, down from the population of 5,218 in the 2000 Census, but up from the population of 4,997 in 1990. Many locals and tourists visit the city to enjoy the beaches, boardwalk, and numerous restaurants and attractions.
The borough is home to the Monmouth Park Racetrack, which has a long history of Thoroughbred racing. It’s close to other nearby destinations, including the peaceful atmosphere of Deal and the charm of Ocean Grove. The legendary Rock Clubs in Asbury Park are also nearby.
The arts and culture scene is rich in Monmouth County. There are many art galleries, dance and theater performances, and museums that educate about the area’s history. Manasquan
Manasquan is a borough in Monmouth County, New Jersey. In 2010, its population was 5,897. This is down from 6,310 in the 2000 Census but up from 5,369 in 1990. The borough has a rich history and many places to visit.

Red Bank is home to the T. Thomas Fortune Cultural Center, which helps preserve the legacy of this legendary black journalist. He was born into slavery and was freed in 1863 by the Emancipation Proclamation. The center was made a National Historic Landmark in 1976 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
If you’re looking for some good food, Red Bank is home to several top-rated restaurants. While not many buildings are tall, you’ll find two rooftop bars – Teak Restaurant and Red Rock Tap + Grill. Both are located on Monmouth Street and Wharf Avenue. The former has a rooftop bar with an indoor and outdoor area, while the latter is entirely outdoor. Both offer great drinks, and both are great for nightlife.
