Palmetto Greenway

Palmetto Park Road Path
A paved east-west trail connects Palmetto Park Square, Sugar Sand Park, and Veteran’s Park in the Hamptons at Boca Raton. While a little noisy, this trail offers a scenic, paved 11-mile round trip. The path also connects to a large parking lot in Veteran’s Park.
A recent addition to the area is the Palmetto Promenade mixed-use development. The building is scheduled to open in August. It will have 378 luxury apartments and 11,000 square feet of retail space. The development’s location makes it ideal for pedestrians, and residents will be able to enjoy the area’s amenities without having to leave their neighborhood.

Centre for the Arts at Mizner Park

The National Cartoon Museum, an internationally recognized art museum, first opened its doors in 1996 in a 25,000-square-foot facility at Mizner Park. It spent six years here before moving to its original location in New York City. Since then, the building has also been used for public television programming and a locally-owned bookstore. The Schmidt Family Foundation and Mizner Park Cultural Arts Association also use the building for a variety of cultural and artistic events.
The Town Center at Boca Raton is one of the largest shopping and dining complexes in the area, and offers a range of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Queens Park, FL is just over an hour away from Hamptons at Boca Raton. This small town is located about half way between Port Saint Lucie, FL, and Boca Raton, FL. This type of property is much cheaper than hotels and can give you more space for your money.
During the first quarter of 2019, sales were up in Queens. In fact, the number of sales in the area was the highest it has been in nearly twelve years. The median sales price grew at the fastest pace since March 2007. However, there was a significant slowdown in sales, and many contracts were signed during the COVID lockdown.
