A lawsuit against Kimbro’s Pickin’ Parlor, a Franklin, Tennessee restaurant, is claiming the employee knowingly served an intoxicated customer. The lawsuit alleges the employee served Ashley Biance Ruth Kroese an alcoholic beverage at midnight on June 18, 2020. The employee knew that Kroese had consumed alcoholic drinks earlier in the evening but still served her even though she was visibly intoxicated.

The driver of the car, Ashley Kroese, was driving under the influence of alcohol and crossed the center line, striking Legieza’s patrol car. The alcohol content of Kroese was 0.166, twice the legal limit.

Lotz House

In its first year of operation, Lazy Hiker brewed 1,500 barrels of beer in a robust 15-barrel brew house. Since then, it has expanded to serve customers in 37 Georgia and 38 North Carolina counties. The company is focused on flavorful and hearty ales.

Currahee Brewing Co.

Currahee is an Indian word that means “Stand Alone.” The brewery is named in honor of both the Cherokee people and military personnel who are known for their courage. The word is also the official motto of the 506th Infantry Regiment. This unit was a part of the 101st Airborne Division during World War II and was known for its role in D-Day. The regiment participated in many other campaigns as well.

The Clayton location is due to open in 2020, and the brewery is located in an old auto body shop. The brewery also has locations in Franklin, N.C., and Alpharetta, Georgia. Guests will find a wide variety of seasonal and limited release offerings. The ambiance and beer is great for hanging out with friends.

The company also released a new beer called Boogaloo Imperial Stout in March. While the term “boogaloo” originally referred to a style of Latin music and dance, it has since been associated with alt-right movements and white nationalist extremists. Despite the negative association with alt-right movements, the beer’s co-owner claims the association is not intentional. The beer’s label features a picture of George Washington in a Hawaiian shirt and tactical gear.
