Poole’s Mill Sliding Rocks
A beautiful wooden covered bridge, Poole’s Mill Bridge spans Settendown Creek in Forsyth County, Georgia. It was built in 1901 and is 96 feet long. It is a great place to picnic and watch the water flow below.
This park features a nature trail and canoe launch. This park is located along the Chattahoochee River and has plenty of parking. It also has a paved hiking/biking trail and two picnic pavilions.

Rum Creek Wildlife Management Area

The Rum Creek WMA is a public-private partnership sponsored by Ducks Unlimited. It is the first of its kind in Georgia, and will improve waterfowl management adjacent to Lake Juliette. Thousands of ducks will make this site their winter home. The surrounding 6,000-acre Rum Creek Wildlife Management Area and the 3,600-acre Lake Juliette provide excellent wildlife viewing opportunities.
Meadows Clays Sports
