Avon is a city in the state of Colorado in the United States. It is located in Eagle County. As of the 2020 census, the population was 6,072. It is part of the Edwards, CO Micropolitan Statistical Area. Avon is best known as the gateway to Beaver Creek Resort, which is located about two miles south.
